Band of Colour was born in 2002 as an acoustic duo, comprised of siblings Anita Graham (vocals) and Nathan Graham (guitar). After playing small gigs around Adelaide, we decided to become a four-piece rock band. We started rehearsing with Pete Deakin (drums) and Ryan Weaver (bass) and the music quickly changed from acoustic rock to electric rock. Band of colour has played at various venues around Adelaide, including the Rhino Room, The Crown and Anchor, Crossroads (supporting Special Patrol) and the Jade Monkey. So far, ‘Whole in Two’ has been picked up by local radio, and has placed fairly high on the 3D radio 20+1 chart during its first week of airplay. Our set list is growing rapidly and we have attracted recording company attention.
