Seeking Expressions of Interest for -- Major Public Art Commission 'Node of Memory' B1The City of Port Adelaide Enfield is seeking Expressions of Interest from an experienced professional South Australian-based artist, or artist lead team, to engage in the design, manufacture and installation of a major Public Artwork, “Node of Memory” B1. The iconic, highly visible and site-specific Public Artwork is intended to ‘tell a story’ seeded from “The Port”.The artwork will be located in a park between the eastern side of the Port River promenade and the western end of Walter Morris Drive, Port Adelaide. A total budget of $200,000 is available to implement the works, subject to conditions outlined in the project brief. The tender opens Tuesday 6 May 2008.
